The group of people who strategically promote or know the management of projects was selected through the probabilistic sampling technique, either because they have a direct relationship with the IT area or because they interact with it from their area. Following the guidelines of the model, the status of the processes and phases of the company were assessed level by level.
The result of the same allowed to identify the capacities, abilities, strengths and weaknesses, as well as it allowed to determine, recommendations of improvement and a general panorama of the organization in terms of the management of IT projects, this in order to achieve that Procafecol SA has high efficiency and technological efficiency, so that it is more competitive in the industry, increases profit margins, improves the quality of service and therefore increases the satisfaction of its customers.
