Prototipo de un proyecto de innovación empresarial, y diseño de una Project Management Office (PMO) en innovación para cuatro pymes del departamento del Caquetá

Abstract

The objective of this work is to formulate a prototype of a business innovation project, and to design a Project Management Office (PMO) in innovation for four SMEs in the department of Caquetá, for which initially the accompaniment and advice to companies was carried out, with the formulation and approach of the proposals, within which were included: names of the companies, of the initiatives, types and definitions of innovation, scope, current state of the proposals, objectives, contributions, duration, activities and financing; Also, the installation of the innovation office was carried out to monitor them, as well as the assembly of the proposals, the meeting of key actors within the companies and the consolidation of a solid document complying with all the requirements, which allowed obtaining the 4 projects within the guidelines given by the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation-MINCIENCIAS, which have repercussions as a tangible input for work on innovation issues and implementations of new technological tools for companies.
