Implementación de un prototipo de asistente virtual (Chatbot) en una aplicación de mensajería Instantánea para la reservación de mesas en un restaurante

Abstract

The goal of this project is to describe the way in which IA technologies can be used, in particular Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Natural Language Understanding (NLU) able to perceive their environment, process what they perceive and provide a response in a rational way, generating a coherent conversation. To create a type of tool like a Chatbot which is a multipurpose instrument with application in various fields. One of these possible applications is that allows automating the restaurant reservation scheduling process. Carrying out a study of different frameworks that exist in the market to do this kind of implementation and studying the state of the art to get an optimal result in the prototype’s implementation, determining the best way to get the requirements necessary for the development of the project and the development methodology that best fits for its implementation.
