| dc.description | La imagen contiene una noticia acerca del acuerdo aprobatorio de un contrato sobre construcción de orinales públicos, acuerda: Artículo 1° apruébese en todas sus partes el siguiente contrato: entre los infrascritos, a saber: Pablo Pizano, miembro del consejo municipal, debidamente autorizado por este, en nombre del municipio de Bogotá, y Julio Saunier, varón, mayor de edad y vecino de esta ciudad, hemos celebrado el siguiente contrato: 1° Julio Saunier se obliga a construir por su cuenta, costo y riesgo, el número de kioscos y orinales ordinarios que determine la junta de obras públicas del municipio, iguales a los planos presentados y en los puntos que la misma junta designe.
