Propuesta de modelo para la implementación de gobierno de TI en la coordinación del Proyecto Curricular de Sistematización de Datos (TSDCP) e Ingeniería Telemática (IT) basado en el FRAMEWORK COBIT 2019

Abstract

Organizations, for their good performance, must manage and exercise due governance over the assets and resources they possess with the aim of obtaining maximum performance. To do this, various strategies can be used to facilitate this process, among which can be found Methodologies, Optimizers, Frameworks, Monitoring and Control Tools, and best practices, among other tools that allow the correct development of processes that will help good IT governance. The District University, as an autonomous entity of Higher Education, is an integrated teaching structure which also requires these tools for its correct management and governance. Over time, some guides have been implemented that help the entity focus on the Institutional path that has been proposed. With the development and implementation of these schemes, the university has managed to obtain Institutional Accreditation in the different academic programs it offers and the educational quality it has. In this document, a Model is established as a proposal for the implementation of Government and Management of Information Technologies in the curricular project of Technology in Data Systematization and Engineering in Telematics using the COBIT Framework v.2019, to through which it is desired to provide a tool with adequate information that informs through the data collected about the different domains that the project has in data systematization and engineering and how these are interrelated, thus strengthening the processes that will help meet the strategic objectives of the coordination in the following years.
