Abstract

The program "Voices and Regions" is an initiative of the Colombian Ministry of the Interior, specifically the Directorate for Citizen Participation and Communal Action. In this episode, several important topics for the community are discussed, including community organization, the participation of people with disabilities, and the role of local administrative boards. The importance of Law 1551, which guarantees social security for councilors, is highlighted, and the achievements in the systematization and organization of the Association of Local Administrative Boards (ASDEJAL) are mentioned. The need to improve accessibility and mobility for people with disabilities in Manizales is also addressed, and the challenges and solutions for youth in relation to drug addiction and violence are discussed.
