Abstract

It is also stipulated that the major bailiffs may not arrest any person without a written order from the competent court or judge under the fine of twenty-five pesos for each time they contravene this provision, in addition it also names the minor bailiffs that are indispensable to comply with the orders of the courts and tribunals, also mentioning the functions that each one must perform.
