The image contains news of the majestic and famous tribute that was paid to Colonel Juan Jose Neira, who was also known as the Huzar of Buenavista, which refers to the winner of said battle. He wanted to make several sacrifices until he was promoted to the rank of Full Cavalry Colonel. Where through a submissive request he wanted to remain reserved in private life, always leaving his services to the country.

La imagen contiene una noticia de El majestuoso y célebre homenaje que se le realizó al Coronel Juan Jose Neira que fue también conocido como el Huzar de Buenavista, a lo cual hace referencia del vencedor de dicha batalla. Quiso realizar varios sacrificios hasta llegar a ser ascendido al rango de Coronel Efectivo de Caballería. Donde por medio de una petición sumisa quiso permanecer reservado en la vida privada siempre dejando sus servicios a la patria.
