Redsis SAS is a Colombian company focused on the information technology business such as, supply, installation and support of computer technology solutions, which, given the pressure to comply with the legal regulations imposed by the DIAN for the issuance processes and Receipt of billing, chose to perform some manual tasks such as the correction and creation of XML files (Extensible Markup Language), consumption of WS (Web Services) manuals, manual indexing of invoices and contracting services from a technology provider. A software development for this process, on a manual or traditional coding, would take an extensive time in implementation, on the other hand, acquiring the software with all the automation through the services of a third party are quite high. In this work the WorkFlows or Workflow in BPMN (Notation to model Business processes) of the automation of the processes of Emission and Receipt of electronic Billing were carried out. Based on these diagrams, the business architecture of the business and application layers was generated to understand how the Software prototype will align with the two processes modeled above. Subsequent to this and having as input the BPMN and Business Architecture diagrams, the WorkFlows were designed, implemented and integrated in the Low-Code "OnBase and Goanywhere" platforms which have pre-designed modules at the algorithm level (XML reading, SFTP transfer, sending of emails, creation of CSV, among others) and graphic interfaces already created, which facilitated and expedited the development of the software prototype for the automation of the reception and issuance of electronic invoicing without resorting to traditional development or language of conventional programming.
