Resumen
Over the years there have been wars, one of the many reasons why these wars have arisen is the struggle of territories. The wars mark in a negative way the development of many regions, delaying the development of infrastructure, education and as a result increases the levels of violence and poverty. Colombia is one of the countries in which for more than 50 years (1964-2016) this problem has been faced, generating around 590,000 victims according to the unit of victims. The guerrilla of the Farc-EP is one of the authors of the conflict that has been lived in Colombia. After years of war and see that until six years ago this war did not leave anything good for Colombia, the government of former President Juan Manuel Santos started a conversation table with this armed group towards the year 2012 in Havana, Cuba, where He sought the end of the war and thus achieve a stable and lasting peace in Colombia. After their dialogues they built an agreement where the procedure to achieve the objectives by which they began these conversations was recorded. Point one was entitled "Towards a new Colombian field: Integral rural reform", its objective is to eradicate extreme rural poverty and the reduction of poverty in the countryside within a period of 10 years, the promotion of equality between the countryside and the city. To achieve this goal, work must be done on programs such as the Land Fund, the formalization of property, the training and updating of the rural multipurpose cadastre, development in infrastructure issues such as tertiary roads and irrigation system. As professionals in Topography we must know the objective of each point so that solutions can be proposed from the topography through conventional topographic procedures and also implementing new technologies that contribute and facilitate these processes.
