Resumen
This document arises from the lack of a study that evaluates the periods and delivery route of Bienestarina throughout the country, approach that has generated uncertainty regarding the lack of awareness on whether the way, in which this process is being carried out, is efficient. Thus, in this monograph, there is seeking to establish indicators to evaluate the distribution system of the product for the specific case of Bogota city, allowing to contrast its behavior by constructing a mathematical model, adapted from an Inventory Routing Problem (IVRP), capable of generating possible routes to visit the network nodes in each of the given times. When setting the system indicators, it is possible to evaluate the routes obtained by the proposed mathematical model, varying the importance given to established objectives. Efficient performance is intended to generate cost savings which results into a greater program coverage and technical support for hiring decisions of system operators. In this way, this document concludes with the presentation of a proposal to carry out the Bienestarina delivery routes in the city, in accordance with the delivery policy that generates the best performance in the system.
