Resumen
This research is focused on the discovery of strategies for the comprehension of expository-explanatory texts in an educational context formed by pre-university students of the Politécnico Los Alpes, through the design, analysis and thoughts of a didactic proposal of pedagogical intervention based on the making of explanatory and elaborative inferences. This document begins with an overview of the central research problem, which allowed the identification of some reading comprehension difficulties in this population. As the second and third chapter, the elements that conforms the theoretical and methodological framework are presented, such as the Discursive-Interactive Perspective of Language, the linguistic-textual and discursive elements of the Expository-Explanatory Texts, as well as the Inferences and its main types related to their comprehension stand out. In this way, the foundations allowed the design of a pedagogical intervention model based on the characteristics, of the Pedagogical Workshop as a teaching-learning device, as well as a pedagogical and research strategy.
