The image contains a notice informing the citizens that the sanitation needs have been satisfactorily met, and that if the streets and places are not kept clean, all the money invested will be in vain. On the other hand, it is said that in order to maintain cleanliness, citizens will have to contribute by cleaning their facades. La imagen contiene una noticia en la que se les informa a los ciudadanos que las necesidades de salubridad se han concretado satisfactoriamente, así mismo, dicen que si no se mantienen las calles y lugares limpios, todo el dinero invertido en ello será en vano. Por otro lado, se dice que para conservar la limpieza, los ciudadanos deberán aportar limpiando sus fachadas.
