Conflictos de poder sobre la reserva forestal regional productora del norte de Bogotá Thomas Van Der Hammen en la sabana de Bogotá 2011-2019: elementos de planificación para un desarrollo local sostenible

Abstract

This work of degree contents a synthesis of the planning and power conflicts in the planning of the reserve Thomas Van Der Hammen, in this way the research will go through a non-well-worked conflict in the theories of planning since in most of these theories approachs conflicts of interest or socio-environmental conflicts. There were defined specific periods of time which match with the last two periods of the development plans of the city of Bogotá, in these plans are different visions of planning for the natural reserve what has caused the conflicts of power in the planning due to the different intentions of development. To limit this uncertainty in which the planning of the Thomas Van Der Hammen reserve has been maintained, we propose that the power of the collective conscience be included so that it generates basic planning elements.
