Resumen
This project arises as an opportunity for improvement the first version of the stratospheric vehicle, in this version, the intention is to include the temperature control and the energy management in a single microcontroller (Raspberry Pi 3). Also it will be included a backup batery powered by solar panels, this improvement is going to help in the localization of the vehicle once finished the mission. In the energy managament we will use an energization module equipped with voltage regulators and conversors in order to generate outputs of 12V and 5V and supply all the modules (navigation, video transmission, sensors, action cams and microcontrollers) during the specified time of mission (3-4 hours). Furthermore, this project has an heating system responsible for maintaining an optimal temperature in the vehicle in order to guarantee the correct working of the entire circuit and components, finally the module stores the data in a removable device to be analyzed later, it includes data tables (date, hour, temperature). This project was developed for the research group DIGITI of the District University Francisco José de Caldas; it was supported and promoted by the CIDC from the same University and OTRI Bogotá. The launch will be carried out under the FAC contest.
