Estudio de caracterización de las áreas de mantenimiento en empresas del sector metalmecanico en Bogotá y sus alrededores

Abstract

The industrial maintenance is an activity that must guarantee the reliability and effectiveness of work a team or service within certain parameters of quality, in development of this project it was evidenced basically that in the metalworking sector maintenance management is divided into two types preventive maintenance and corrective; preventive, if the activities are executed to avoid losing the functionality of the equipment or the quality of the service and corrective if the works are necessary because said functionality or quality has already been lost. Based on this context, the purpose of this project that will be carried out with at least fifty (50) companies from the city of Bogotá (Colombia) and its surroundings, is to look for the characterization of maintenance areas in companies related to the economic sector. of the metalworking The study focuses its analysis on the results of a survey made to the people in charge of the maintenance area, for which the information must be collected and classified according to the different topics of interest, developing a database that will help to establish the type of industrial maintenance applied in these companies and other essential aspects in maintenance management, in order to contribute as a starting point to the improvement of processes and research in this area
