Abstract

Taking into account the growth in the construction of real estate in the city of Bogotá in recent years, especially in the locality of Suba, and the growth in the percentage of properties subject to horizontal property it is necessary to study the dynamics real estate since this information is of paramount importance in decision-making in planning, investment and development projects in the real estate sector In addition to the increasing use of mobile applications, the opportunity to create systems for these devices is provided to help manage information. This research proposes the creation of a mobile application that manages the sales information of residential properties under the regime of horizontal ownership in the Locality of Suba, and thus provide a tool to the real estate sector that will allow to consult and get statistics from the study areas as well as spatialize the information on an interactive map.
