Abstract

This environmental Project has the purpose of doing Plan of Environmental Gestion (IPEG) for the restaurant plan free mealforthecommunity “Providencia Alta” located in Uribe Uribe Zone .This Project isfocusedonfourmainprogrammes;( Solid Waste, dangerouswastemanagement, Saving wáter and Savingenergy) Duringthereconagnaisephaseitwasdetectedthattherewasn’tinformationabout Somme garbagewhichmight be reusesuch as : carboard, plastic, metal; neitherabouthazardouswaste ; neithertherewasaware of theresponsible use of wáter and energy. Thedevelopment of theInstitutional Plan of EnvironmentalGestionseeksprovidingtools so thatthe restaurant plan free mealcommunity “Providencia Alta”couldgive a correctanvironmental use and meetwiththeenvironmentalcurrentregulations.
