Resumen
This research is delimited in the decision-making non-programmed, which are carried out by a person in atypical scenarios, where the information is ambiguous and involves the implementation of unusual solution methods. In selection process for senior management roles, it require to measure the skills of a decision-making expert and, in this way, the tests applied mostly are in paper and pencil they, long application times and for a explicit transfer of information. The results of implementation, of the web application that was consolidated, show a decrease in the time of application of the psychological test and the implicit transfer of information to generate the profile of the candidate. Additionally, another potential area of implementation of gamification, in this case, in the selection process.
