Abstract

By implementing the maintenance plan, the operators will be able to avoid possible machine failures to a large extent and, in the event that they occur, they will be able to overcome the failure quickly, improving the time to correct it and start up the machine. Implementing an autonomous maintenance system will greatly reduce the maintenance workload on a single collaborator and will, in turn, allow them to carry out different tasks of their own, in less time. The implementation of TPM in companies tends to be complicated by various human and resource parameters. The nature of the company according to its production line, allows the TPM mechanism to become an initial guideline that allows generating lower production costs and an improved TAK TIME. The company ECOICOPORES offers some particular characteristics for this. The productive process applied in the company, together with the maintenance carried out (attention to catastrophic failures), makes it necessary to implement a new integrated maintenance system, and the opportunity to build a TPM mechanism adapted to the particularities of the organization.
