Resumen
Regardless of the type of Organization, Quality Management it is an inherent concept to all the processes developed at an Enterprise; however, to SMEs like Ticbridge, the implementation of a management system represents a big effort, not only for the required resources for design and execution, but the awareness that must be promoted from senior management to break paradigms shown in the most of workers who are used to do his labors without standards that guarantee the stakeholder satisfaction.
Due to the high degree of competitiveness at telecommunication industry, the desire to stay in market and the importance to accomplish the customers’ requirements, it is necessary to find elements that differentiate, stand out and provide added value to Ticbridge over its competition. For all these reasons, the development of the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 standards, becomes the opportunity to increase the reliability and the satisfaction of customer’s needs, achieving their loyalty and improving the corporate image with a culture of continuous improvement that ensure the positioning and the organization growth.
