Resumen
The Botanical Garden of Bogotá is a scientific institution that promotes research and conservation of native and wild plant species of the capital region and its periphery, with emphasis on forests and high Andean paramos. This institution has a seed or germplasm bank which focuses on the conservation of genetic biodiversity of priority species or species of great ecological importance and / or endangered. With this in mind, the present work aims to develop a prototype of a geographic web viewer that allows visualizing the spatial information of the populations of species prioritized by the seed bank of the Bogotá Botanical Garden and determining their spatial distribution. It also seeks to optimize the process of capturing information from these in the field, in order to be able to use this tool in the development of future seed bank research. In this document we find the architecture and requirements used for the development of the functional prototype of the geographic viewer that allows the visualization of the prioritized and collected species for the enrichment of the seed bank.
