Resumen
In this August edition of Crewmates, the participants: Daniel, Ana María, Mario, Juan, Diego, and Nicolás, share their recommendations: an addictive game, books, and animated films. They also discuss the film "A Good Lie," which tells the story of children from Sudan seeking refuge in the United States. Beyond the recommendations, they emphasize the importance of spending time with family, such as flying a kite. The program introduces a "sound capsule" of the children of the Naciones Unidas School, a radio soap opera titled "Fox Strike." The story follows Lenny, an absent-minded student with a secret superhero identity. When a villain named Ganando attacks Bogotá, Fox Strike fights him, but is wounded and needs the help of his friends to defeat him. Finally, the program introduces Andrés Felipe Duarte Marín, a Colombian sound engineer based in Spain and an Arduino expert. Duarte explains that sound engineering is used in music, video games, and concerts, and that Arduino is an interface for connecting the physical world with the digital world, allowing sensors and motors to be controlled. He shares his experience teaching Arduino workshops for children as young as 6, focusing on creativity and a practical understanding of physics.
