Resumen
The image contains news about a municipal agreement from 1876. The main objective of this agreement is to establish a public lighting system in the city using gas. The Board of Trade will be responsible for contracting with a specialized company to install and maintain the necessary lights. The funds to finance this project will come from different sources, including contributions from citizens, contributions from the national and state governments, and dividends generated by the shares that the municipality owns in the gas company. It is detailed that the Board of Trade will be in charge of defining technical aspects such as the quantity and type of lamps, as well as establishing the prices that citizens must pay for this service. Also, a period of fifteen days is established for the Board of Trade to celebrate the contract with the gas company, once this agreement is approved by the municipality. News published in the Municipal Registry. No. 29. February 15, 1876, page 125.
