Resumen
The analysis of ellipsometric spectroscopy data requires computational tools that facilitate the calculations corresponding to the theoretical simulation of the spectral optical response of the system under study, as well as those corresponding to the comparison between the optical models and the experimental data. In this direction, the present work develops a computational tool, specifically a python web application written with Django for the Backend and the Javascript framework VUE for the frontend. Which has the ability to analyze isotropic materials using the Transfer Matrix Method and includes the possibility of implementing Efective Medium Theories and Optical Dispersion Models, in addition to a comparison machine between theoretical and experimental data using the goodness of fit (GOF), determined by the Chi square value
