In recent years there has been a great growth of mortgage activity in Bogotá, this time once a company has been created that has been developed so that you can support these loans, but once there is no regulation for this activity. This project starts with this premise and is based on carrying out an analysis and development of the procedures, the mortgage appraisals in Bogotá, the study of the specific case of the firm Adarve e hijos Ltda; consolidated for more than 10 years of relationship, with banking entities such as Banco Caja Social, Cooperativa Financiera JFK, and Cavipetrol. This is a development project according to an analysis of the demand for this activity, in the period from January 2018 to February 2019, where the growth and efficiency of this process is observed within the company. This work is based on the knowledge acquired in the firm adarve e hijos Ltda; and in the Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas, taking into account this time, agreement 038 of 2015, where the option of the internship is established as a degree project, for the title of cadastral engineer and geodesta. With this, you can observe the development of the firm's product, its influence on the mortgage market, and vice versa, as well as its growth around it. Observing strengths, and shortcomings, in the way in which the company develops this productive activity for the project, taking into account some conclusions explored, with the corresponding analysis and results. Finally, within the project, it is a sample of the mortgage activity, developed in the firm Adarve e hijos Ltda, in order of observing its procedure, periods of realization and analysis, as well as quality control and guarantee, as they serve as an incentive, for the development of a specific norm for this activity, increasingly appropriate.
