The elaboration of a model of knowledge management in EPS Famisanar, seeks to achieve the communication of all EPS officials by generating and transferring a common knowledge that contributes in a positive way in making the right decisions for the benefit of the affiliates and the company . This model seeks to transfer knowledge to where it is needed within the company, at the right time and with the required quality. Therefore the information must be distributed so that other people can find it and use it effectively in processes that add value to EPS. The retention of knowledge in Famisanar EPS will be a significant step in building your most important assets, which are the knowledge and information of your collaborators, avoiding negative situations when employees withdraw or decide to leave the EPS for any reason, so that this effect is lower, the knowledge management model proposed in the current project will allow the company to store knowledge and protect it (experiences lived by workers, lessons learned in projects, documentation of good results, among others).
