The image contains a news about the Board to promote personal cleanliness in the city of Bogota, for the purpose of this event a meeting is held in the house of Colonel Anselmo Pineda with Colonels Anselmo Pineda, Manuel Velez, Eugenio Herran, Francisco Morales Montenegro, Diego Suarez, Antonio Plata, Francisco Valenzuela, Camilo A. Echeverri and Baltazar Campuzano in order to install a Society to promote personal cleanliness in the poor classes.
