Apoyo en el proceso de formulación y planificación del Plan de Ordenamiento del Recurso Hídrico - PORH del río Bogotá

Abstract

For the development of this internship, a series of activities were carried out that allowed to advance the processes of formulation and planning of the Water Resource Management Plan for the Bogotá River watershed, and set precedents for the other PORH that the Corporation is carrying out Autonomous Regional of Cundinamarca CAR. The aforementioned activities were established according to the methodology proposed by the Ministry of Environment and Sustainable Development in 2018 in the Guide for the Management of Surface Continental Water Resources, where it is indicated that prior to starting the phases of the management process, the prioritization of the bodies of water that is the object of management must be carried out and then some Preliminary Actions. The prioritization was advanced for all the basins that are part of the jurisdiction of the CAR, so during the development of this internship the work was concentrated in the Preliminary Actions, where the fundamental task is to compile technical information from the body of managed water. The purpose of the above is to carry out an institutional enlistment to identify and analyze existing information, thus avoiding duplication of activities and data during the Diagnosis phase of the ordering process. With the support of the formulation and planning process of the PORH - Río Bogotá Water Resource Management Plan, the following products were derived: a planning document detailing the step-by-step process in question, the consolidation of the prior consultation process with the Ministry of the Interior and, finally, a database and matrix where the technical information collected from existing planning instruments and CAR agencies is related.
