Apoyo en la gestión ambiental empresarial para la implementación de normativas, evaluación de impactos y política ambiental, en la Empresa COMPLASESA S.A.S. -2025

Abstract

This internship was conducted at COMPLASESA S.A.S., a company dedicated to the manufacture and marketing of multi-material packaging. The objective was to support corporate environmental management through the implementation of the ISO 14001:2015 standard, environmental impact assessments, and the strengthening of internal environmental policy. A comprehensive analysis of operational areas was conducted, highlighting the development of a matrix of environmental aspects and impacts that guided the actions of the Environmental Management Plan. The methodology included diagnostic assessment, document updating, checklists, and coordination for proper waste disposal. Despite limitations such as the lack of updated technical data, progress was made in the formulation of environmental improvement proposals. The results allowed for the identification of significant impacts and the definition of mitigation measures, promoting more sustainable production consistent with the company's mission and vision.
