Resumen
The accelerated urban growth in Bogota has generated a crisis of sustainability. In this sense, the document presents a proposal to evaluate urban sustainability under the Buen Vivir approach in the 19 urban localities of Bogotá. In this study, the sustainability assessment by fuzzy evaluation (SAFE) model, was modified, incorporating the dimensions of Territorial and Environmental Conservation, Social Inclusion and Access to Services, Participation and Democracy, Cultural Satisfaction within the Territories, and Mobility and Safety, dimensions that are part of the proposed framework for the evaluation of Good Living of the Population and Sustainable Local Development Program of the University of Cuenca, Ecuador. 35 indicators were used in the evaluation, the five that have the greatest impact on the sustainability of Bogota are: the perception of corruption index, the participation of women in electoral lists, the dissatisfaction of the population with garbage in the streets, unemployment rate, and dissatisfaction with water pollution in rivers. The localities with the best sustainability results from a good living approach are Usaquén, Chapinero and Teusaquillo, otherwise it was presented by the localities of Bosa, Ciudad Bolívar and Usme, with greater challenges on the way to sustainability and Good Living.
