Apoyo en el proceso de adopción y seguimiento a los Planes de Ordenamiento del Recurso Hídrico (PORH) de la jurisdicción CAR

Abstract

The Regional Autonomous Corporation of Cundinamarca - CAR, has under its jurisdiction nine watersheds corresponding to: Río Seco and others directly to Magdalena, Río Negro, Río Carare, Río Bogotá, Río Sumapaz, Río Garagoa, Río Guavio, Río Guayuriba, Río Alto Suárez and Río Medio and Bajo Suárez. Considering this from the Management Division of Land Management and Environmental is carried the formulation, adoption and monitoring management plans of Water Resource - PORH, therefore, this report will set out the methodology and activities focused on supporting the adoption and monitoring of PORH, in order to fulfill the objective of the internship. The Management Plan of the Water Resource - PORH Rio Alto Suarez was adopted by Resolution 0892 of 29th March 2019, according to this one of the main activities carried out is monitoring the implementation of the plan developed project, for that reason an update was made to the traceability already existing, which led to the realization of a management matrix, where the progress and activities that have been carried out within the corporation are stated to evaluate the progress in the execution of the programmatic content for plan mentioned above; finally, a monitoring tool is created for each plan to be adopted, among which are: The Water Resource Management Plan for the hydrographic units of the Siecha Aves River (Tominé) and Teusacá, Water Resource Management Plan River Sueva Zaque and Salinero, Water Resource Management Plan River Blanco Negro and Guayuriba. The process is carried out in accordance with the Guide procedure for the Superficial Continental Water Resources Management of the Environment and Sustainable Development Ministry adopted under Resolution 0751 of May 9, 2018.
