Implementación de una metodología eficiente para el proceso de certificación de conformidad Retie en la empresa Metalpar S.A.S

Abstract

The present project of degree was executed under the modality of internship in the company Metalpar S.A.S., entity of purely huilense origin in charge of providing services of construction of civil, mechanical and electrical works especially to the oil sector of our country, being then an important bastion for the hydrocarbon sector in Colombia, thus achieving the requirement that this confer a high quality and professionalism in each of the engineering procedures developed, with solutions in design, manufacture and commissioning of pipelines, gas pipelines, flow lines, plants of generation among others. In this context, Metalpar S.A.S, which has always delivered efficient solutions, must now have a methodology that incorporates into its Neiva base facilities and a prefabricated workshop a diagnosis and execution in terms of compliance with the Retie electrical installations technical regulation. To start the above, first of all, an electrical network survey was carried out that presents both the offices and the prefabricated workshop to start sizing the electrical system and the designs that were planned at the time of construction. had information on any of these aspects that should be the guideline to start the work to be done, then began to perform inspections of the facilities as well as the verification of compliance and non-conformities with the regulation and began to structure a detailed procedure and methodological that stood out for Metalpar S.A.S. as an ideal study case for this type of procedure. So, always trying to find solutions and fulfillment, all the necessary procedures were carried out so that the company had an estimate of how much it was accepted to the norm and that it needed so much, in order to reach quantitative investment values. regarding the improvement of its facilities and that it would bring a certification in accordance with the technical regulation of electrical installations.
