Resumen
The image contains a notice about the Agreement Number 16 of 1891 by means of which the exclusive privilege is granted to establish a Circus for public spectacles and to give bullfights in the Spanish style, therefore The Municipal Council of Bogota in use of its legal faculties agrees to approve the contract celebrated with the Municipal Personero and Mr. Carlos Jose Espinosa and Rafael Espinosa, being these from said act, titled as concessionaries with exclusive privilege for a term of fifty years to establish public spectacles and give bullfights in the Municipality of Bogota, in such a way that the authorities will watch that similar establishments are not built. Additionally, it is defined that the concessionaires must build said establishment in the city of Bogota, below the Plaza de los Martires on land belonging to the Espinosa family, taking into account the capacity of spectators, the stipulations on the boxes and other conditions. Finally the sums that they will have to grant in favor of the Municipality are stipulated, being this of twenty five thousand pesos in case Mr. and Mrs. Espinosa do not comply with the defined agreements, additionally they are granted the possibility of transferring or terminating the contract with any person or company that they consider, this will be authorized by the Municipal Personero. Signed at the bottom of the Agreement by Eduardo Restrepo Sáenz, Carlos José Espinosa and Rafael Espinosa.
