Abstract

Ramírez, in which he exposes the observations that are presented in the file, being the lawsuit for more than $900. Being the claim for more than $900. The municipal trustee exposes that the proofs that the plaintiff presents and that they do not have the sufficient validity and he expresses why, giving as example the declaration of Mr. Celedonio Morales, indicating that this proof is not valid because it was not presented in the corresponding time. It is also exposed how the inheritances work under some district together with the benefit of inventory.
