Abstract

In today's business environment, process optimization and efficient information management have become fundamental pillars for the success and competitiveness of organizations. In this context, the present work focuses on a critically important topic for Colmédicos IPS SAS: the implementation of the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) Cycle in conjunction with the standardization of the user attention process and the unification of information in order to obtain real-time data that communicates market trends and supports timely decision-making to enhance the company's operational efficiency and achieve projected growth. Ultimately, it is expected that this work will contribute not only to the body of knowledge on process optimization and information management but also provide Colmédicos IPS SAS with a practical and well-founded guide to improve its positioning in the current market.
