Resumen
The image contains news about parish 73, Bogotá, December 29, 1855. Copies of the notice about manumission debts are attached. The Secretary of Development is requested to include them in "The Repertory" for greater dissemination. In addition, copies are requested to be distributed to the corresponding Courts according to the law of 1850. It is important to remember that since 1850 there have been outstanding manumission debts that must be paid. The Treasurer has been collecting information in this regard. Debtors are urged to fulfill their obligations, as failure to do so may lead to consequences. Mortuaries that have not yet been liquidated are mentioned and interested parties are called to present the corresponding payments or inventories. The Treasurer will be leaving office soon and wants to ensure that only those who really owe are charged. Mourners are asked to present receipts to avoid misunderstandings. It is essential to comply with legal obligations to avoid future problems. The collaboration and good will of citizens is expected to resolve this situation appropriately. Interested parties are asked to go to the Treasury with the necessary documentation. News published in The Repertoire on January 26, 1857
