Abstract

This work analyze the optimal network configuration that allows reducing losses in electrical distribution systems through the implementation of an discrete version of search optimization sine–cosine algorithm SCA, as observed in the state of the art review, the phase balance problem has been studied in different documents using different methods and algorithms, but this master–slave optimization method solution for phase balancing has not been reported in the specialized literature, where the master stage will be the SCA that define the set of connections for loads presented in the system, and in the slave stage, the solution for the power flow is established by the triangular matrix method , which will determine the power loss for the set of solutions defined in the master stage.
