Levantamiento Topográfico Del Barrio Villas Del Diamante De La Localidad De Suba # 11 De Bogotá D.C, Con Destino A La Secretaria Distrital Del Hábitat

Abstract

This document is made at the request of the Community Action Board of the neighborhood Villas del Diamante in Suba locality, towards the District University to carry out the survey of the neighborhood. For the elaboration of a topographic survey, a specialized equipment is used for the data collection, such as total station, tripod, cane, prism, plumb. The execution of topographic projects is important for the updating of cadastral data, positioning points for future projects for improvement, construction and remodeling of roads and civil works. The occupation of land inside and outside the city of Bogotá DC is a problem that has been increasing over the years, this activity is carried out by people of limited resources, mostly from rural areas, who are displaced by the war, by looking for new job opportunities, etc., which is why they decide to make illegal settlements of a subnormal type without the necessary urban planning. For the different public entities it is very important the topographic plane when starting a process regarding the subject of works because it is based on the legal part before the corresponding authorities.
