Abstract

At the date of the development of this project, the Francisco José de Caldas District University Technological Headquarters does not have an information system for parking lot management, taking into account that the world is trending towards digitalization, it is necessary to develop these systems to manage this type of processes as automatic as possible, this in order to be at the forefront and improve processes. On the other hand, in the Technological Faculty there are frequently long lines to enter the parking lot, analyzing the problem in depth it is identified that it is due to the manual and tedious process with which this process is managed, in order to provide a solution to this problem, this project emphasizes considerably reducing the time it takes to carry out this process with a web information system developed to the average and focused on the parameters of the headquarters as well as the conditions of the spaces assigned as parking. This project will be developed under robust Open Source technologies mainly such as Java, MySQL, Spring Boot Framework, Angular, among others, seeking a solid system with the best development practices, but also feasible and sustainable, it will begin with the investigation of the process, the problem statement and objectives that define the best scenario in the technological solution. In order to ensure that this solution meets the needs of the community of interested users, this project will be developed under Scrum, an agile methodology that allows us to redesign if necessary in each of the modules proposed in the planning, in which we will find the analysis, design, implementation, testing and implementation in cycles of around one month, detecting each new situation in short periods of time.
