Apoyo técnico en el proyecto de reforzamiento estructural de la Clínica Barraquer

Abstract

This thesis, entitled "Technical Support for the Structural Reinforcement Project of the Barraquer Clinic in Bogotá," was developed during an internship at the GCG Construction Company, a company specializing in hospital infrastructure. Its main objective was to provide technical and administrative support for the execution of the clinic's structural reinforcement, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with current regulations. The project integrated technical and administrative knowledge in the planning, control, and monitoring of construction activities, consolidating a comprehensive view of the construction process and its document management. As a result, a Technical Guide for the Execution and Monitoring of Portal Frame Structural Reinforcement Works was developed. This guide is designed as a tool for similar projects, aimed at standardizing procedures and strengthening quality in the development of structural interventions.
