Resumen
The plants of the genus pseudognaphalium, which develop in high mountain some places in colombia, this genus is considered promising, with which sustainable development is allowed. For the present research, an integrated conservation and development project was designed for the UPZ (for this acronym in spanish the zonal planning unit) city usme, which underwent an before evaluation with multicriteria analysis, applying the analysis of the hierarchical process. The preferences revealed by the actors was the alternative with the project, since it was considered that the project general the conservation of the plants and the ecosystem where it grows (the paramo), as well as protecting the culture and activities of the UPZ as it’s agriculture. It’s concluded that the integrated conservation and development project links the three dimensions (ecological, economic and social), thus reaching sustainable development and therefore benefits for local development, adaptation to climate change and the participation of the entire community.
