He stated that these virtues will contribute to maintaining peace and promoting general well-being, just like the qualities and courage of the illustrious Liberator. Mr. Campbell subsequently introduced Mr. Wall as secretary to the British legation. The Vice President thanked the British government for its friendship and expressed his satisfaction with the recently concluded treaty, highlighting that he hoped it would be the beginning of a closer and more beneficial relationship between both nations.
