Participación de los actores territoriales en la planificación del recurso hídrico. Análisis para la microcuenca del Río Panches en Cundinamarca

Abstract

This work approaches the water resources planning in the Panches river microbasin, in relation to the territorial planning, the model of the political- administrative organization of the country and the participation of the territorial actors with emphasis on the water management. In that understanding, and in order to land the reader in a specific context, the background of the problem, the functioning of the water system, the planning instruments and the perception of the different territorial actors in relationship with the state of the water resource and management actions are identified; in the Panches river microbasin, in the department of Cundinamarca.
