Abstract

Disability The document "Disability: Guide for detecting and dealing with disability" is an educational guide designed to identify and promote the inclusion of people with disabilities in the university environment. It aims to facilitate work with students and improve pedagogical practices by providing a comprehensive understanding of the special educational needs and barriers faced by students with sensory, motor and mental disabilities. The guide addresses various forms of disability, offers curricular and methodological guidelines, and suggests necessary adaptations to ensure equity in the teaching-learning process. It also includes a compendium of regulations and laws in Ibero-America related to disability, emphasizing the importance of an inclusive and accessible environment for all students.
