Abstract

In this communication, the Mayor expresses his deep concern about the regrettable state of uncleanliness in the city of Bogotá, attributed to the scarce resources available for cleaning and the lack of adequate custody for the prisoners in charge of these tasks. The Mayor reminds the Secretary of compliance with the Governor's decree, issued on December 29 of the previous year, which orders the State security forces to supervise and guarantee the return of the inmates to the panopticon after carrying out the cleaning work. The Mayor formally requests the daily assignment of one hundred inmates, properly guarded, to dedicate themselves exclusively to the cleanliness of the city. News published in the Municipal Registry.
