dc.descriptionEl artículo hace una revisión crítica de la literatura que circula con respecto al tema de la competencia comunicativa y el análisis crítico del discurso. El objetivo del texto es presentar la necesidad y fundamentación de este enfoque de análisis del lenguaje como una herramienta que el maestro de lengua materna debe incluir en las prácticas educativas conducentes al cabal desarrollo de la competencia comunicativa, toda vez que se enfrenta al reto de educar a una generación marcada por el poder discursivo de la información, de los medios de comunicación y de un mundo globalizado.es-ES
dc.descriptionThe article makes a critical review of the literature that exists surrounding the topic of communicative competence and the critical analysis of the discourse. The purpose of the text is to present the need and basis or foundations of this approach of analysis of language as a tool that the language arts teacher shall include in the educational practices that are geared towards the whole development of the communicative competence, provided that he or she is faced with the challenge of educating a generation that is characterized by the discursive power of the information, of the mass media and of a globalized world.en-US
