Plan de negocio para la generación de oportunidades de inversión en cultivos de cannabis para uso medicinal

Abstract

The following document contains the business plan for the generation of investment opportunities in the medical CANNABIS industry, mainly structured on a web platform developed with the aim of allowing the connection between investors and licensed growers of medicinal CANNABIS, both at the Colombian level. The proposed system stems from the current need to reactivate the country's economy, which has been affected by the "covid-19" pandemic, this allowing Colombians to obtain profitability supporting a nascent industry in the country but with a great future worldwide. This will be possible thanks to a platform that allows investors through the internet investing in duly licensed CANNABIS crops, allowing growers a growth that benefits everyone in the value chain. Within the business plan, a market study, the elements that make up the DOFA matrix were identified and analyzed, a financial analysis with a 5-year projection and finally the components and primary relationships for the structure of the organization.
