Resumen
This research project was developed in order to obtain an inventory of the tree and shrub species present at the International Airport el Dorado Luis Carlos Galán Sarmiento, taking into account the influence that these plant species can generate in birds. A total of 10,216 trees and shrubs, corresponding to 46 species, were grouped into 41 genera and 30 families, distributed in 5 areas named North Jarillón (JN), South Jarillón (JS), Oxidation Pools (PO), Swallows Forest (BG) And Acacia Forest (BA). In In the case of birds, 56 species were determined during the development of the field phase, data were provided by the AO control fauna group, responsible for reporting the presence of birds at the airport. From these data and through the programs EstimateS and Past3, it was established the influence that can have the plants in birds, being the south Jarillón, the most, attractive, due to its botanical composition and the presence of a water source. In addition, a catalog was developed to publicize the diversity of the flora of the Airport
