Resumen
Smart systems are currently applied in the fields of medicine, engineering, economics, entertainment. In this document we present the design of an intelligent agent in orientation for search of educational institutions, to support the parents to select the school according to the criteria, interests, personal aptitudes that are identified, according to their expectations. An intelligent agent is a software that automates the process of human reasoning in this document will call this system as "chatbot" or intelligent agent interchangeably. A "chatbot" is a program that simulates a dialogue with a person. The analysis of orientation to the search of schools is described as a study that allows parents to determine which options are best suited for their children according to whether they suffer from a physical illness, psychological disorder and / or behavior. In order to choose the right school for the situations mentioned above, taking into account the wide range of existing possibilities. The choice of school allows parents to have the confidence and security of how their children will be in accordance with the criteria evaluated, where they will be provided with a way of life, therefore, the choice must be made aware that with the children will form an identity, they will be trained as a person and will assume a role. The system presented is capable of thinking like a human being, a program that can simulate a written conversation, with the intention of making a human believe that he is talking to another person. The purpose of the conversation is to determine the users' school search orientation. For its design we use the programming language AIML (Markup Language for artificial intelligence), which is an extension of XML (Extensible Markup Language), Extensible Markup Language, this language is used to create "chatbots" or conversational systems.
